Class Styles
Hatha Flow
A flowing style of Traditional Hatha yoga, synching movement to breath to create a sense of presence and connection between mind, body and spirit.
All levels welcome.
Prenatal Flow
A gentle flowing class for mothers to be. A chance to take time out to connect with your baby, move your body, and practice techniques which will support you in your pregnancy, birth and well into motherhood.
Suitable for all levels from 12 weeks.
