Workshops

My health workshops run for 2-3hrs and are a fun and interactive way to learn how to live a healthy, low toxin life and optimise your health.

The topics we cover are;

  • Nutrition and reading food labels

  • Controversial food such as gluten, dairy, corn, soy, sugar, fat

  • Sleep

  • Hormones

  • Self love/self care

  • Cravings

  • Stress management

  • Exercise/movement

In the workshop we discuss how these topics impact your physical and mental health, along with tips and strategies to make changes today that will have a meaningful and lasting impact on your health and wellbeing.

This workshop can be booked privately. It works great at yoga studios and gyms. It is also a great investment into your staff as part of a corporate event or just as a treat at the office.

Regular workshops will run at Coorabell Hall throughout the year.
